Patrick Loftus has been active in the Northern Virginia Real Estate Market since 1988 as a Realtor Sales Agent and as a landlord and occasional speculator.  He has listed and sold homes on behalf of clients throughout Northern Virginia on a full time basis.  The areas where he has sold many homes include Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, greater Fairfax County, Loudoun and Prince William Counties.  He is married, has a daughter, and lives in Fairfax.  When the transactions are all closed he likes to travel and ride his bicycle.
